Q&A - Jorgobé


Jorgobé is highly opposed to the testing of cosmetics on animals. You can therefore rest assured that neither the products nor the ingredients in Jorgobé’s range have been tested on animals. All Jorgobé’s products are vegan friendly.

From time to time, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If you have not received your order within 3 business days, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your email! After placing your order, you should receive two emails from us. One email confirming your order, and one email containing a link to track your parcel.
  2. If step 1 is not sufficient, please write us an email at jorgobe@jorgobe.com and our customer service department will make sure your case is handled in 1-2 business days.

You always have 14 days’ right to withdraw from the purchase, as long as the product is in a like-new condition. If you wish to return the product(s), please send the product(s) to our office at Arnold Nielsens Boulevard 72, DK-2650 Hvidovre
In order for us to refund your purchase, please either attach a letter or write an email to jorgobe@jorgobe.com containing your personal information and reason to withdraw from the purchase.
