Jorgobe.com works with Stripe, a provider of payment solutions. This means that all sensitive information is transferred via a safe, Stripe-approved payment module. So Jorgobé will never have access to the card details you enter. It is just as safe to pay online as it is in a physical store. Payment will not be drawn until the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
All prices at jorgobe.com are based on the currency used in the country you are shopping from, and includes VAT. Additionally, the P&P and handling costs will be displayed to you, before accepting your purchase. VAT is not payable on this fee.

jorgobe.com delivers to all European countries within the European Union. The delivery time from Jorgobé is 1–3 days after the payment has been made and the order has been processed. We strive to dispatch your package within 12 hours on weekdays. All orders are sent by ordinary first class post. Jorgobé uses DHL and GLS as carrier, and is subject to the delivery terms of those two.
You always have 14 days’ right to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive your item(s). If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, December 24th or 31st, the 14-day period expires the next working day. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s).
You can exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase by unambiguously informing Jorgobé of your decision to withdraw, either in a letter sent by post to our return address or in an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may use our return form to state your decision to withdraw from the purchase. This can be sent to our return address together with the item(s) you wish to return, or at email@example.com. Jorgobé assumes no liability for printing errors, items out of stock, price changes, etc. We will contact you if the above should be the case in connection with your order. The purchase agreement is revoked in connection with the above errors.
We cannot refund or exchange beauty items including cosmetics which have been opened, tested or partially used and which cannot be returned in the same physical state to, which they were purchased. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied good where your statutory right are unaffected.
Where cosmetics are protected by hygiene seals, you are required to take reasonable care by not removing the hygiene seals. Refunds will not be provided in such circumstances unless the goods are faulty.
Return number: 119644. We kindly ask you to state the return number on the envelope – this is not necessary to exercise the right to cancel the purchase, but will make the cancellation process more efficient.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent COD. A copy of the order confirmation should be attached. It is not a requirement, but it will speed up the processing time.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We may recover you from that amount by which the value of the goods has been diminished, up to the price of the purchase.
Please note for legal reasons cosmetic product can only be returned if all hygiene seals are unbroken. Basically you lose your right to return the good, if you remove the hygiene seal from the good.
Naturally, if you wish to return your purchase, the amount you have paid us will be reimbursed immediately, but in any event no later than the end of 14 days after the day on which we’ve received the goods back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with, or your bank account, once the product has been returned to us and we have checked that it meets the conditions for return. Should you be liable for any diminished value of the goods, this will be deducted from your purchase amount.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Jorgobé. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Jorgobé has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the EU. In the case of returned shipments, the Customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. All orders are sent from Denmark. Shipping to some countries are subject to a shipping cost, this will display vividly upon checkout of your purchase.
Right to complain
When you shop at jorgobe.com you always have 24 months’ right to complain under the Danish Sale of Good Act. Your complaint must be submitted within a reasonable length of time after discovering the defect/fault. A complaint submitted within 2 months is always considered timely. If you wish to complain about your product, please send/return it to the address below and include a brief description of the complaint.

We will refund the postage if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent COD or the like. Items must always be returned in secure packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for the postage so that we can reimburse you.
