Pigmentation Regimen
A summer without enough sunscreen. A blemish that did not heal properly. A pregnancy. The cause was forgotten long ago, but the mark is still there.
It is also why spots so often fade and come back. The marks you can see are pigmented cells already at the surface. The ones you cannot see yet are being produced underneath. Treat only one layer, and you are working against something that keeps being made.
This routine works at both depths. Expect a brighter, more even tone within four weeks. Glycerin Hydra Cleanser cleanses away makeup, sunscreen and sebum without stripping the barrier. A few evenings a week, AHA Exfoliator comes in as the booster and lifts the pigmented cells at the surface. Vitamin C Serum does the daily work, interrupting the pigment production underneath, while Balancing Complex Moisturiser keeps the skin comfortable through all of it.
Three daily essentials and one targeted booster. Every Jorgobé routine is built that way. What changes is which formulas go into it.
Wear sunscreen during the day, or the marks come back faster than they fade. Pigmentation is slow to change, so the routine over time matters more than any single product in it.
Bought as a regimen, the four cost 25% less than buying them separately.
Benefits
Fades dark spots and evens out tone.
Lifts the pigmented cells at the surface and interrupts new pigment underneath.
Brightens dullness and refines texture.
Keeps the skin comfortable through regular exfoliation.
Four products chosen to work together rather than compete.
A complete routine, with the order already decided.
MORNING
Glycerin Hydra Cleanser, then Vitamin C Serum, then Balancing Complex Moisturiser. Finish with sunscreen.
EVENING
The same three. On the evenings you use the booster, it goes after the cleanser and before the serum.
BOOSTER
AHA Exfoliator, one to three evenings a week. Apply a thin, even layer to clean, dry skin and leave it on. Do not rinse.
Sunscreen is not optional here. Exfoliated skin is more sensitive to sun, and pigmentation returns without SPF 30 or higher during the day.
What each step does:
Glycerin Hydra Cleanser: cleanses without stripping, on a high glycerin base
Vitamin C Serum: 5% stable vitamin C for a brighter, more even complexion
Balancing Complex Moisturiser: calms redness and irritation while it hydrates
AHA Exfoliator: significantly clearer skin after 45 days, against placebo
Based on clinical studies of the individual ingredients at the doses we use. Results vary from person to person.
One active does the work in each step. These are the four.
Glycerin 50%. In the cleanser. At this concentration it is the formula rather than an additive, which is why skin is more hydrated after rinsing than before.
Vitamin C 5%. In the serum. As 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, a stable form that works on pigment without the sting or the oxidising of pure vitamin C.
REGU®-SEB Complex. In the moisturiser. Saw palmetto, sesame and argan keep the skin steady rather than swinging between dry and shiny.
Glycolic Acid 10%. In the booster. The smallest AHA molecule, which is why it resurfaces evenly rather than just polishing the top layer.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
At least 50% of the plastic in our bottles and tubes is post-consumer recycled: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The rest is virgin plastic, and we work to bring that share down.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium that is itself recycled material. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet. Half of our plastic is still virgin, and that is the half we are working on.

Pigmentation Regimen
The numbered icons on the packaging show the order. The booster carries a + rather than a number, because it does not always come last. Exfoliating boosters go in after cleansing, so they can prepare the surface. Treatment boosters go in after the serum. Each regimen tells you which.

Glycerin Hydra Cleanser, then Vitamin C Serum, then Balancing Complex Moisturiser. Finish with sunscreen.
EVENING
The same three. On the evenings you use the booster, it goes after the cleanser and before the serum.

Why it works
Pigmentation sits at two depths, and these four work on both of them.
The marks you can see are pigmented cells already at the surface. The ones you cannot see yet are being produced underneath. Treating only one of them is why dark spots so often fade and then return.
Glycolic acid lifts what is at the surface, vitamin C interrupts what is forming below, and the cleanser and moisturiser keep the skin comfortable enough to keep going. Pigmentation is slow to change, so the routine matters more than any single product in it.

I have dark pigmentation on my cheeks, and these products are really helping to lighten it.
Great!
I’ve struggled with pigmentation for a while and I can really see a difference with this routine.
This is a great price for some really good products. The cleanser is definitely my favorite, but everything in the set works really well.
