This routine is made up of the gentlest formulas we have. No retinol, no fragrance, and four steps that pull in the same direction rather than four different ones. Glycerin Hydra Cleanser cleanses away makeup, sunscreen and sebum without stripping what is already fragile. Azelaic Acid Serum calms visible redness while it works on blemishes and uneven tone, without the sting of stronger acids. Balancing Complex Moisturiser keeps the skin hydrated and steady, and Centella Serum comes in as the booster after Azelaic Acid Serum. Start with a couple of times a week and build up if the skin takes to it. On the days when the skin has flared, daily use is exactly what it needs.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
At least 50% of the plastic in our bottles and tubes is post-consumer recycled: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The rest is virgin plastic, and we work to bring that share down.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium that is itself recycled material. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet. Half of our plastic is still virgin, and that is the half we are working on.
