We use 5% because that is the concentration behind the strongest clinical studies. Skin looks smoother within four weeks, and tone keeps improving through 8 to 12 weeks.
Agarikon mushroom extract makes pores less visible from the first application, measurably so within 15 minutes. Hyaluronic acid and betaine hold moisture where it belongs, and allantoin keeps the skin comfortable while the niacinamide does its work.

Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
At least 50% of the plastic in our bottles and tubes is post-consumer recycled: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The rest is virgin plastic, and we work to bring that share down.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium that is itself recycled material. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet. Half of our plastic is still virgin, and that is the half we are working on.
