Balancing Complex Moisturiser adds moisture where skin is dry and turns down oil where it is shiny. One cream for skin that is dry on the cheeks and shiny in the T-zone at the same time.
Most creams pick a side. The rich ones take care of the dryness and make the T-zone shiny. The light ones keep the shine down and leave the cheeks tight. Balancing Complex Moisturiser does not pick a side.
Oil is kept in check by REGU®-SEB, a complex of saw palmetto, sesame and argan, documented to reduce sebum. Moisture comes from glycerin, jojoba, squalane and hyaluronic acid. Glycerin and jojoba are both documented to reduce water loss through the skin, so the moisture stays in, and glycerin also protects the skin. That is how one cream can handle both the dry and the shiny areas, even when your skin changes from week to week.
The cream soothes too. Oat kernel extract and liquorice root are documented to soothe, and the oat also reduces redness. Sugar beet betaine moisturises and is documented to reduce age spots.

The texture is light and absorbs fully rather than sitting on top, so you can apply makeup as soon as it has sunk in. Suitable for all skin types. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or midwife before use.

Materials and recycling
Packaging is the part of the product you throw away. That is why we spend time on it.
The tube itself on Niacinamide Serum is made with 63% post-consumer recycled plastic: plastic that has already been used and collected, rather than newly made. The cap, and the rest of our bottles and tubes, are still virgin plastic, and that is the part we are working on.
Not everything is plastic. Some products come in glass, others in aluminium that is itself recycled material. Both can be melted down and used again many times over.
Our outer cartons are paper.
How to sort it
Plastic bottles, tubes, pumps and caps: plastic. They do not need to be clean.
Glass bottles: glass.
Aluminium tubes: metal.
The carton: paper.
We are not there yet, and we are working on bringing more of our packaging along.
