At Jorgobé, we’re confident in the performance of our skincare products. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all full-sized products purchased directly from jorgobe.com. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange - no questions asked.

Eligibility
- Applies to first-time purchases of full-sized products from jorgobe.com.
- Products must be used as directed for a minimum of 14 days before a claim is submitted.
- Products must be returned with less than 50% used.
- Samples, trial sizes, final sale items, and promotional gifts are not covered.
Timeframe
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Email jorgobe@jorgobe.com with the subject line: Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Include your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of why it didn’t meet your expectations.
- We may request a photo of the product to verify the claim.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If a return is required, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Jorgobé is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and process the returned product.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Only one refund or exchange per product, per customer, is permitted.
